This is how El Deablo aka Shadow acturly looks like, he is dead and he rose up from his grave in the early 19th century. The horns on his head is from a mask he had in the dark age. He is on the search after his owner, the dark knight. But since it's centurys ago since he died, El Deablo only hope is to find the one which has the blood of the Dark Knight
